1. General Provisions

1.1.These rules (the "Agreement") govern access to Proxxxymiron proxy servers (the "Service").

1.2.Using the Service, including registration, payment, or proxy launch, constitutes the User's (the "Client's") acceptance of this Agreement.

1.3.For the purposes of this Agreement, the Service includes all Proxxxymiron plans: Residential, Residential PRO, Datacenter, Mobile, Static Datacenter and Static ISP proxies.

2. Terms of Use

2.1.Proxies are provided "as is." The Service guarantees only technical operability - the ability to connect to the internet.

2.2.The Client agrees to use proxies exclusively in lawful ways. The following is prohibited:

• spam and DDoS attacks;
• fraud, phishing, deception;
• distribution of malware or managing botnets;
• violation of local or international laws;
• circumvention of restrictions prohibited by law;
• actions harming minors;
• sharing credentials with third parties.

2.3.The Client is fully responsible for all actions performed through the proxies.

2.4.The Service may display advertisements and promotional materials of third parties, including inside the bot. The Service is not responsible for the content provided by advertisers, nor for any products, services, or information offered by them.

3. Static Proxies (IPv4 and ISP)

3.1.Static proxies are dedicated IPv4 and ISP addresses without rotation, assigned for the service term.

3.2.The Service does not guarantee compatibility with specific websites or services. Website-side blocks and anti-bot systems are not considered a malfunction.

3.3.Replacement is possible only upon confirmed technical inoperability, meaning no network response. A maximum of one replacement is available per service term.

4. Warranties, Replacements and Refunds

4.1.The warranty period for Residential proxies, the Residential PRO plan, as well as Datacenter and Mobile proxies, is 7 days from activation. Static proxies have a 15-day warranty from activation.

4.2.The warranty covers technical operability only, meaning connectivity. Website-side blocks, antifraud filters, and restrictions by websites or ISPs are not warranty cases.

4.3.Replacements are provided only within the warranty period and only upon confirmed technical inoperability attributable to the Service. The Service may re-test the proxy using different methods and decline replacement if the proxy is deemed stable. The new item's term may be adjusted proportionally.

4.4.Refunds are only possible in force-majeure circumstances, including:

• confirmed total Service unavailability for 48 consecutive hours;
• permanent Service shutdown;
• in such cases, only the unused monetary account balance may be refunded, meaning funds that have not been converted into traffic or prepaid service periods. Purchased traffic and prepaid service terms are non-refundable.

4.5.The Service may set individual warranty or replacement terms for specific orders or clients.

4.6.Refund window and processing, applicable to Clause 4.4 only:

• the refund request must be submitted within 48 hours after the force-majeure incident ends or after the public shutdown notice;
• review time is up to 5 business days. Payout is up to 10 business days after approval, via the original payment method or as account credit, at the Service's discretion;
• only unused monetary account balance is subject to refund. Purchased traffic and/or prepaid service periods are non-refundable.

5. Restrictions

5.1.For security reasons, the Service may restrict access to certain resources, including but not limited to government services, SMTP ports, banking websites, and other sensitive resources.

5.2.If violations are detected, access may be limited or blocked without refund.

5.3.Upon complaints, requests, or requirements from network owners, telecom operators, law enforcement, or other authorized parties, the Service may temporarily suspend or permanently disable proxies without prior notice and without compensation.

6. Liability

6.1.The Service is not liable for website-side blocks, any losses related to the use of proxies, or actions of third parties who obtained access from the Client.

6.2.If the Service infrastructure is damaged, the Client agrees to compensate the losses.

7. Amendments

7.1.The Service reserves the right to amend this Agreement.

7.2.The latest version is always available on official Proxxxymiron channels.

7.3.Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
